Personal identification information – This information you may provide me is used for the purpose of contacting you and communicating / conducting business with you.

Analytical data – Analytical data consists of tracking data to a third party processor which is Google Analytics. This data is used to understand my website traffic.

Information you provide me will be stored on a secure system or secure servers either on my premises or in a data center. Data collected with Google Analytics is stored and processed with Google Analytics.

I will retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary, which will depend on the purpose. When personal information is no longer needed it will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless I am required to retain the information longer to maintain records to satisfy tax, other legal requirements or for accounting reasons.

 

Sharing of information

I do no not share “personal identification information” without your permission.

Regarding “analytical data”, as I am using Google Analytics (a third party processor), my website analytics are shared with Google Analytics.

If requested by the police or other legal authorities, your information will be passed on for the prevention and detection of fraud and criminal activity.

If you make a request, upon receipt I have one month to act on your request. Occasionally it may take longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. If this is case, you will be notified and kept up to date.

In most cases I cannot charge a fee to comply with a request regarding your personal information, however there are certain circumstances where a “reasonable fee” can be charged, if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Regarding “Right to Access”, I am able to charge a “reasonable fee” if you request further copies of your personal information following a request.

Upon making a request regarding your personal information, if there are any doubts as to your identity I can ask for more information to verify your identity. If you have authorised a third party to submit a request on your behalf, I will require proof they have your permission. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

I can refuse to comply with a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
